I was born in 1959 in what used to be called Czechoslovakia. As a child, I enjoyed drawing and painting. When I was fifteen, I enrolled in the School of Industrial Design in the town Kremnica in today’s Slovak Republic. At almost seventeen, I came to US and my artsy lifestyle stalled. In following decades I did “whatever I needed to” to make a living.

From time-to-time I studied old renaissance masters, impressionists and surrealists. Sometimes I copied their work and tried to incorporate it into my paintings. Presently I am devoting more time to my childhood love of art, and paintings are starting to multiply. I hope you will enjoy them and I would welcome any critique/comments. Keep painting!
